PhD Assistantships

Typically, PhD applications are for the Fall semester and are open between October and early January.
Undergraduate Internships
Dr. Bif accepts one to two undergraduate students per year for research internships culminating in a Senior Thesis.
Interested students should email mbif@earth.miami.edu to inquire about opportunities.
Other Open Positions
Paid Lab Assistant internships are periodically offered to assist the Senior Lab Manager with general chemistry duties, including the CRM program.
